Portrait of the sign
Dear Scorpio friends, the ancient poet describes you with a tail armed with a violent sting: burning spirits, made for battle, who live even peace under arms and, when wars fall silent, go looking for an opponent of their own. It is harsh, but it tells a truth: you do not know how to live by halves. What you feel, you feel to the bottom; what you want, you want entirely, and you distrust anyone who stays on the surface. You are silent, you observe, you remember, and your loyalty is as absolute as your memory of wrongs. You have a strength that frightens even you, and a rare ability to be reborn after every collapse. In love you ask for truth and intensity, and you hate half measures; at work you shine where investigation, strategy and endurance are needed, less where you must smile for convenience. The risk is turning everything into a war, even when there is no enemy. The poet ties your season to the sowing: when the Scorpion drives the Sun’s chariot, the earth is dug open and the seeds are mixed into the furrows; your hardness, then, is also fertility, it wounds in order to bring forth. And he completes the picture with extreme figures: those who beat the woods and wage war on wild beasts, those who sell their lives to the arena, those who love mock duels and games of arms so much that they learn war in their leisure, and anyone who plies a trade with the same art. Today we would say: combat sports, surgery, investigation, everything that demands cold blood and precision. The poet says it without discount: your spirit delights more in the fight than in the spoils. The advice: before you sting, ask yourself whether you are really under threat. The answer is often no.

The Moon in Scorpio
The Moon is passing through Scorpio: moods turn intense, decisive, a little suspicious. People say things without beating around the bush, defend what is theirs, dig beneath the surface. A good day for closing matters and working hard; beware of words that wound.
