The Ten of Cups is the rainbow over a family embracing: contentment, the repose of the whole heart, the perfection of human love and friendship. If these days you feel at home, with your partner, your children, your true friends, it is no accident: this card tells you that your place is here. Waite adds that it may point to a person looking after your interests, and to the place, the town, the country where you live. The practical advice: protect what you have with daily gestures, a dinner together, a kind word, and do not look elsewhere for a happiness that is already under your roof.

Reversed
Reversed, the Ten of Cups is the repose of the false heart: a serenity for show, with indignation and violence brewing behind it. The perfect family in the photograph, and shouting at home. If these days you feel an anger that cannot find words, or notice that the peace around you is held together by silence, it is no accident. Do not blow everything up in one evening, but do not keep pretending either. It is not a sentence: it is an invitation to tell the truth calmly. The practical advice: choose a quiet moment, without phones, and say one true thing to the person you love.
